Map of Medicine is a visual representation of evidence-based, practice-informed care pathways. A knowledge resource that supports clinically-led service improvement programmes, the Map has been shown to improve patient outcomes and lower healthcare delivery costs.

The Map works with multidisciplinary clinical stakeholders, including Royal Colleges and clinical societies, to create complete care pathways that are continuously maintained to reflect the latest evidence and expert opinion, and are cognisant of policy information.
